COSPLAY
(I got a new sewing machine!)
Zidane Tribal - Daggers almost done, vest almost done, shoes almost done, tail made.
Junpei Ioori - All done save for SEES armband.
Chrona - Done, but needs touch ups. Also needs a Ragnarok which probably won't be done for AE...

I just finished filming yesterday on my first out of school production. I was Assistant Designer/Costume Coordinator on a 30 second PSA for a competition, which if it wins will be shown in theatres before every movie in BC. Its for the ratings system show casing the differences between G, 14A and R.

It's been such an amazing experience and has proved to me that this is difinately the field I want to be a part of for the rest of my life. For sure. Coming up with concepts for the different characters, finding the costume pieces in stocks and stores and working with our Talent on beautiful sets. There was a moment towards the end of our 15hr work day I got choked up, the costumes were amazing, the dances were fantastic, the sets beauitful.. Ahh!

I need more film jobs for sure!

Anyways once the costume wrap out is done i\I'll be back at finding work and finishing my AE costumes. I need to do a full clean on my room, let my feet heal up and I'll be motoring away!

Thats IF it wins. IF. From what I understand there are three other pitches that went into production, two of them are animations.

But if/when it does win I'll be freaking out everywhere so you'l know :3 I might actually post some pictures of the talent in the costumes if it does win.

Well in a sec I'm posting a shot of me woring on set, WITH A COSTUME HOLY SHIT.

And that's all you'l get. Because. xD Anyways, we didn't actually make anything for it, aside from turning Vans into awesome 18th century-ish shoes.
