COSPLAY
Zidane Tribal - Started daggers, Vest nearly done, other fabric needs dyeing.
Junpei Ioori - All done save for belt buckle and SEES armband.
Secret Soul Eater Cosplay - Sewing started, need more supplies.

This was the vest when it was first sewn together and fitted. It doesn't fit my dressform because the dressform has boobs, which I won't have as Zidane xD. Anyways, the material looks a lot better in person with proper lighting, My camera just sucks.

Not much done since the last shot save for the shirt collar poking out from the vest's collar. One of my favourite things with costumes is faking it, such as sewing the shirt collar onto the vest instead on onto the shirt and pulling it through! HA!

Now we have the cravat attached, which was a bitch because the cgi renderers at Square Soft had no idea what actual lace looks like and made some strange freak of nature thing on his neck. Anyways, its not quite right yet without the ribbon and also without the vest done up properly.

After sewing this last night at 11pm I realized that I need to cut the arm holes back a bit, so I need to rip out a bunch of stuff now (damn!). Anyways, here I have the harness pieces sewn on the back and draped on the sides. Gives an idea of what it will look like eventually... I have leather. And I hate the detailing on them as well.

Anyways, there's my first progress update!

I was thinking that next time I should have this in video form... what do you think? I think I'm pretty lazy but I do love video xD
