Hey all!

First off, I'm really sorry about neglecting my DA account. Really, I just have almost completely forgotten about it. Im sorry all the messages took so long to get responses and me not updating with pictures or journals or anything. Sorry.

Just so you know, I have a bucket load of pictures to post over the next week or so. I have Beatrix pictures from Cos & Effect and Erik and Chloe shots from Aki Con.

Awkward gay hotel room moments.

Also I got drunk as Erik. Hrm.

But my only add on is that it was the last convention for My Other Me: A Film About Cosplayers. Its going to be weird attending conventions next year without the crew to hang out with, they became such a close part of my cosplay and convention life I dunno how I will readjust back.

Oh, and of course, MASSIVE thanks to everyone who came up to me and Mana from here and/or tumblr. You guys rock so hard, I was super touched. I have a nifty bracelet to wear and some fanart on my wall now. Its awesome, you guys are all so super cool. Love love love <3

So, since this year of conventions is officially over for me, I might as well let you guys now my potential cosplay list for 2012:

I intend on continuing to cosplay Zombie on and off as long as my Hanna wants to keep doing it. It'll probably be on low key days at cons like thursdays and what have you.

Also I hope to expand my conventions next year to include AX and PAX if time/money will allow.

So its exactly-ish one week after SC, good time for me to recap how the con went? Yeah!


Wednesday pre-con
- Grabbed ManaFromHeaven from her bus and fought rush-hour and 420 crowds back to my place
- Got my birthday presents from Mana! She got me a Watchmen t-shirt (hells yeah!), a super awesome victorian photo album and a beautiful hand mirror necklace!
- Made baked mac & cheese while we watched Scott Pilgrim
- Also we played Vivia Pinata (SHEEPIES) and Bioshock (leading to Mana freaking me out by using 'would you kindly' in conversation)

Thursday pre-reg + my birthday!

- Dragged sleepy Mana to the bus depot in the AM
- Everyone on the bus is going to SC, including ISpeakMuffin who randomly sat down next to us
- Got to Seattle around noon, I got us lost trying to find the hotel, but in the end we got all our baggage there no problem
- Bought sandwiches and waited for Satsori and :devmagicialrainbowfairy:
- They Joe-bro'd, I got into Nana
- Headed to pre reg, met up with tons of buddies and the My Other Me crew.
- KiraTheKiller13 came as Oswald for my birthday, gave me a beautiful Oswald painting (its on my wall now) and Valdrein gave me a fashionary (GUH!!)
- Went to cheesecake factory with tons of my buddies for my birthday dinner <3 <3 Thanks guys!
- Went out for drinks with the film crew after (hells yeah 21!) then ended up going to a dance club, still dressed as Nana, and came home very drunk and threw up XD
- Special thanks to Satsori and :devmagicialrainbowfairy: for taking care of my drunk-ass. Bu I wasnt dying guys, everyone can calm down, I'm just a light weight.

Friday - Hanna-fag day forever


-Woke up bright and cheery at 7:30am by myself, still hung over, but threw my green-face on
- Me and Mana-Hanna derped around the con forever in character
- We randomly found a paper crane and Mana carried it around the rest of the day
- Great moment: we heard someone yell 'HANA' and come running at us, I stepped forward, stared her down and put my arm in front of Mana. The girl skidded to a stop then polietely asked for a hug. Great moment actually getting to protect my Hanna like that.
- Hanna found a haunted toilet and screamed forever.
- Met tons of awesome hannafags and mana-fans!
- Got a derpy commission from a hyped up hannafag in the AA, its now on my fridge
- Mana got a box of cookies from some fans, when I was denied a cookie for being dead I grabbed them from her and tried to throw them away, but Mana threw herself in front of the garbage. lol.
- Overall derp.
- Waited for Satsori to come in her new faggy Conrad. I CRIED with laughter at seeing that beautiful chapped cosplay. Oh god. So beautiful.
- We all headed to the Hanna-meet, I proceeded to awkward-fish the entire time. I'm not sure why but being there with other hannafags made me really shy and nervous. So I kinda stayed on the edges and didnt talk to anyone.
- Everyone d'aaawww at us this one point though, all the Hannas and Zombies gathered for a picture and when there was no space for us me and Mana sat on the ground together. Apparently it was cute?
- Somehow me and Mana ended up playing paddicake and double double
- Me, Mana, Satsori, ISpeakMuffin and Viccar all headed down to the gum wall to get some pictures! AMAZING PHOTOSHOOT GOOD GOD. Satsori is a genious with a camera guys.
- Got called a devil by a lady, random black man said "Look at that motherfucking shit, GIRL GOT GREEN"
- Honestly dont remember the rest of the day, save for me hanging with the crew and watching footage at the end of the day.

Saturday - Half-blind, bubbly, mostly-boring day


-Started my day as Beatrix, adjusted to only seeing out of my near-sighted left eye. Guh.
-Spent the first half of my day just derping around by my lonesome
-Nothing exciting really happened, derped around with ManaFromHeaven as Worth.
- Lots of people liked my Beatrix! :'D THANKS GUYS <3
- Found a few FF9 cosplayers, even one Eiko who was too adorable to exist, seriously, why so cute?
- I didnt end up getting any shoots with Beatrix (boo!) but I am working on having one soon so there WILL be pictures I promise.
- After feeling totally blind and had sore feet I headed back to the hotel to change
- Shauna from my other me filmed me taking off my eye patch. Included is me almost falling over dizzy, trying to blink vison back into my eye and me trying to re-curl my eye lashes.
- Got into Ortensia, instantly my personality changes!
- WENT AND FOUND MY OSWALD
-Derped around super cutely with KiraTheKiller <3 I talked in a high pitched voice, petted her ego, talked about all our 420 children...
- Constantly explaining disney history to people, causally walking past Disney characters to see if they knew who we were, I also bought Oswald a hotdog with a fuckton of mustard on it.
-everyone got cavitives.
- Went to dinner with Mana, kenshiro and Weatherstone and Mana played with my food. Go figure.
-Walked 6 city blocks at night by myself to find the crew ad watch footage.

Sunday - FFT

- Packed up the hotel room, got dressed into Beatrix and headed off to the con ahead of my roommates
- Met up with SecretAttire and twinfools and the doco crew to get photos done by Ejen from Cosplay in America. Serveral derpy photos later I headed down to the mainstage area.
- Doco crew set me up with a Lav mic to be able to record all my audio without being right with me, which was interesting. Usually in my job I help put lavs on actors, this was my first time having one put on me.
- Headed into the main stage area with kenshiro and Weatherstone to get our shit ready!
- The FFT WAS AMAZING.
- There are tons of videos online, go look up "sakura con 2011 fantasy fight torunament"
- Thanks everyone who helped out, it was our best yet! And to everyone who came!
- Gave my sword to the crew to travel home, sat around with ManaFromHeaven forever
- Made two girls scream by asking 'do you recongize me?' after they fawned over Mana's Hanna and Worth cosplays. Yes the zombie cosplayer is a girl with tits xD
- Met up at the hotel with :desatsori: then started our long trip home.
- Met up with other-Zombie on the bus randomly
- Fell asleep, got back to my place at 1:30am, my eye was totally red and sore. It sucked.
-SLEPT FOREVER.

THURSDAY-PREREG/MY REAL BIRTHDAY GUYS

Gonna head out in the morning with ManaFromHeaven, get to Seattle way before I can check into our hotel (YAY!). Probably derp around and grab lunch or something, meet up wit the My Other Me crew then change into Nana O. for pre-reg.

The thursday is my real birthday guys, so I'm gonna hang with my loser pop-star friends for a while, then go out with the film crew to drink, since I will be able to legally. YAY.

FRIDAY - HANNAFAG DAY / MY CON BIRTHDAY GUYS

Gonna be Zombie for my con-birthday, and Hanna is gonna be talling my smiles so DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT MAKING ME LAUGH. (aw fuck). Anyways, gonna follow around ManaFromHeaven forever so I'll be whereever she's at. Including the Hanna meet, even though I am scared of Hannafags (dont hurt me ;o

I am gonna do /something/ for my con birthday, probably just with friends, I dunno. But if you find me on thursday or friday please feel free to wish me a happy birthday and make me feel LOOOVVVVEDDDD.

SATURDAY - BEATRIX AND ORTENSIA

No special plans this day except DEBUTING BEATRIX AW YEAH. Just finished her today, and she's BEAUTIFUL GUYS. I look awesome~~~ <3

I'll be wearing her around until I go blind and cant walk, then I'll be changing into Ortensia for the rest of the evening to hang out and be kissy with my Oswald <3

SUNDAY - FFFT BITCHES

Beatrix again for hosting the (FINAL) FANTASY FIGHT TOURNAMENT. 1:30PM MAINSTAGE. IT IS GOING TO BE AMAZING GUYS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE COME. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS TO COME. THERE IS NO EXCUSE.
